We use that to create a beautiful, customised and uniquely personalised storybook, first delivered as a digital eBook. Once you're happy with it, we will send your Paper Kisses storybook to print and deliver it to your door.

Your digital book will be ready within 3-5 business days after we
receive your completed form. Printed books are available after you approve your
digital version and typically take an additional 7–10 business days for
printing and delivery.

Yes, we offer one round of small edits to ensure your story feels
just right. You’ll have the chance to review before deciding whether to print.

Photos aren’t required, but they help us visualise and personalise your story. If you prefer not to include them, we’ll still
create a heartfelt and beautiful piece based on your words.

We use carefully crafted illustrations, created with ethical AI tools and artist input. Each one is designed to complement the story’s emotion and tone — soft, gentle, and meaningful.

You’ll receive a high-quality PDF eBook that you can read, share, or print at home. It’s perfect for bedtime reading or quiet moments of remembrance.

Because each Paper Kisses storybook is uniquely written and illustrated based on your memories, we’re unable to offer refunds once work has begun. These are one-of-a-kind, made-to-order creations, and we put great care into every detail.

If you have concerns before your story is printed, you’ll have the opportunity to review a digital proof and request light edits to ensure everything feels right.

If something’s gone wrong due to an error on our side (e.g. incorrect printing, missing pages, damaged book), please contact us at hello@paperkissesstory.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.

If you haven’t submitted your Story Guide form yet, and it’s within 48 hours of your purchase, you may request a cancellation. After that point, we begin reserving your slot in our production schedule.

Absolutely. Memories have no expiry date. Whether recent or distant, your stories still matter — and they can still bring comfort and connection.
